Within the Eiffage Group, commitments are made both at corporate level and by individual Eiffage Group employees, in relation to employment, environmental and civic issues, diversity and equal opportunities, employee share ownership and the Eiffage Foundation.
We regularly assess our performance relating to the flagship issue of equal career opportunities for male and female employees. The results of these performance assessments reflect the effectiveness of the equitable treatment measures implemented: a score of 85 points for UES-Eiffage Énergie, 88 for EES-Clemessy and 76 for EES-Clemessy Services (out of a maximum possible total of 100 points), using performance indicators applicable to organisations with more than 1,000 employees and calculated for the period from 1st January to 31st December, 2018).
