Eiffage Énergie Systèmes strengthen its presence in Germany with the acquisition of HTW Engineers
Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, through its German subsidiary Salvia, has acquired 100% of HTW Engineers, an engineering consultancy specialising in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Systems (MEP). This transaction furthers Salvia’s growth strategy of consolidating its expertise and presence in the German engineering market. HTW Engineers generated revenue of almost €10 million in 2024.
Founded in 1969, HTW Engineers is an engineering consultancy renowned for its ability to design and execute complex projects for private and public customers. With key locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Leipzig and a team of around 80 employees, its technical construction know-how includes water treatment, HVAC, electrical engineering, security systems and BIM modelling.
This acquisition significantly enhances Salvia’s planning and engineering capabilities, and also extends its geographical coverage in Germany, particularly in the west and northeast regions. It brings Eiffage Énergie Systèmes a strategic opportunity to expand its service offering, including for complex design-build projects, and to acquire new customers in Germany.
