Eiffage Énergie Systèmes consolidates its presence in Italy with the acquisition of Socotis
Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, through its Italian subsidiary Elettromeccanica Galli Italo,* has acquired 70% of Socotis, a company with 64 employees specialising in climate control and energy engineering for the commercial and industrial markets. Socotis generated revenue of €45 million in 2024.
* Company 51% owned by the Eiffage Group.
Based in the Milan region of northern Italy, Socotis consolidates the position of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes as a multi-technology provider in the country and enhances its ability to provide energy-efficiency solutions in a sector where demand is growing strongly.
Socotis also enriches the Eiffage Énergie Systèmes portfolio of expertise in Italy with its experience in creating turnkey controlled environments, notably for the pharma-cosmetic sector.
